Terms of Sale
1. Price Transparency
The price displayed should be the total price, including all taxes and additional costs.
2. Binding Agreement
The purchase agreement becomes binding when you send your order to AFROSPOR.
3. Payment
AFROSPOR can only charge you when the item is shipped.
4. Delivery
AFROSPOR must deliver your item without undue delay and no later than 30 days after your order, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)
You have 14 days to change your mind and return the item for a full refund. This period starts when you receive the item.
6. Late Delivery
If AFROSPOR don't deliver on time, you can set a reasonable extended deadline. If AFROSPOR still don't deliver, you can cancel the purchase and get a refund.
7. Product Defects
If the product is faulty, you have the right to complain within a reasonable time, but no later than two months after discovering the defect. The general complaint period is two years, extended to five years for products meant to last significantly longer.
8. Options for Defective Products
You can choose between repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase (for significant defects).
9. Guarantees
Any guarantees provided are in addition to your legal rights and cannot limit them.
10. Personal Data Protection
AFROSPOR can only collect and store personal information necessary to fulfill the agreement.
11. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, first try to resolve it with AFROSPOR. If unsuccessful, you can contact Forbrukertilsynet (Norwegian Consumer Authority) for mediation.
Note: These rights are protected by Norwegian consumer laws and cannot be waived or limited by AFROSPOR.
